TO SCHEDULE A WORKSHOP IN YOUR LOCATION
I am frequently invited to travel and teach Pastel workshops for art clubs, pastel societies, public & private schools and other organizations outside of my area. I am also invited to juror competitive art exhibitions, often in conjunction with a Pastel workshop.
A Pastel Painting Workshop can be tailored to fit almost any group’s desires from a Demonstration & Lecture, to classes lasting only two days or as long as two weeks. Fees vary depending on the number of students, the group’s financial needs, the distance traveled and the content.
A sample fee structure for a workshop might be: 5-Day Portrait/Figure: $250.00 per student, paid to Kathleen Cook, with a 10 student minimum (or equivalent in fees for fewer students). Model fee would be separate and divided among the students. The Host Group would provide instructor’s travel expenses and lodging, plus the facility, promotion, advertising and arranging for models.
